Billing questions

What does the commission cover?: Each plan has a fixed fee and a commission on the royalties the stores pay for your releases. The commission is taken when royalties reach your wallet; the rest is yours to withdraw. Your distribution agreement sets the exact terms.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Yes. Owners and admins change the plan under Finance › Billing and cancel it with Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that your releases stay in the stores: the account moves to the free plan, which has no fee and takes its higher commission on new royalties until you subscribe again.
Do you offer refunds?: Yes, within the limits of our refund policy: a first payment can be refunded within 14 days if nothing has been delivered to the stores under it yet. The refund policy sets out every case.
Are taxes included?: Prices are in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, depending on where you are. Online payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also issues your invoice.
